We are committed to providing you with the very best care and hospitality at all times. To help us achieve this – and make any necessary improvements – we encourage both patients and visitors to tell us about their experience with JHAH. Have your say by talking to members of staff who have cared for you, and by taking our patient satisfaction survey sent to you via SMS 72 hours after your discharge from hospital.
