As reported by the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH), globally seasonal influenza ‘flu’ affects 600 million people and is fatal in around 500,000 cases per year.
The MOH and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommend an annual flu vaccine for everyone six (6) months of age and older.
To protect your health, the 2019-2020 flu vaccine is now available in all Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) health centers. The best way to prevent the flu is by taking the flu vaccine annually.
JHAH registered patients can get the flu vaccine Sunday to Thursday, from October 22, 2019, to January 31, 2020, between the hours 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. (no appointment is necessary) at the following JHAH locations
Employees and dependents registered with a Medical Designated Facility should contact their designated health care provider or MOH centers.
